Topic:
How one's personal apparel affects perception of personality traits among persons of similar racial origin.

Theoretical Basis
(Based on the work of Dorothy Behling's "Influence of Dress on Perception of Intelligence and Scholastic Achievement in Urban Schools with Minority Populations).

Hypothesis:
An individual will be characterized by the selection of apparel that he/ she is wearing.

Null Hypothesis
An individual will not be characterized by the selection of apparel that he/ she is wearing.

Experimental Design:
Images of persons will be shown to a sample population of Bowie State college students. This sample will then be asked to evaluate and assess personality characteristics of the individuals shown in the images.
